Our comprehensive service offerings of home improvement are designed to meet various needs of our customers so they can own their home.
Reporting to the Senior Category Manager, Services, the Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a critical role in supporting the growth of ATCO Energy Home Services (AEHS). This dynamic individual will leverage strong sales and relationship-building skills to promote the AEHS vision and value propositions to potential third-party service providers, commercial clients, and channel partners. The SDR will be instrumental in onboarding new services, expanding into new territories and market segments, and building a reliable service partner network that reflects AEHS’s commitment to outstanding customer service.

Sales & Partner Development
• Prospect and research potential partners (e.g., trades, realtors, channel partners) to generate new leads.
• Qualify and nurture leads; educate them on AEHS services and schedule discovery meetings.
• Represent AEHS at trade shows, partner events, and industry forums; present AEHS offerings as needed.
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales KPIs and objectives.
Relationship & Program Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with service partners and commercial customers.
• Manage the AEHS Service Tech Recognition Program, including promotion, selection, and reward distribution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partner compliance (e.g., Health & Safety requirements).
• Provide ongoing support to partners to enhance service quality and engagement.
Administrative Support
• Maintain accurate lead data in Salesforce and manage follow-ups efficiently.
• Oversee monthly and quarterly financial reconciliation and monitor partner payments.
• Assist with internal research, reporting, and special projects as needed.

• Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and partner engagement.
• Take initiative to solve problems, streamline operations, and drive business growth.
