Role :

As the first Sales Development Representative hire, your primary focus will be on connecting with Foursixty prospects and getting them excited to learn more about our platform.

Youll come up with creative ways to get merchants attention and build the playbook for how sales development works at Foursixty. This is a fantastic opportunity for an entrepreneurial person looking to have a big impact in their role.

Responsibilities :

  • Use our ICP to build an evolving list of hundreds of target accounts & contacts
  • Build a targeted list of prospective merchants for active outreach
  • Build a multi-channel sequence of thumb-stopping messages to create memorable moments and get responses
  • Formulate creative solutions to increase the amount of meetings being booked and experiment to see what works
  • Use the CRM to set reminders, track your meetings, add notes and measure your progress toward your target
  • Meet regularly with our internal teams to share learnings, give & receive feedback, laugh about funny things that happen and encourage one another
  • Hit and exceed monthly 'qualified meetings booked' targets
  • Learn from other team members, our customers and your own self-guided learning until you know more about reviews and loyalty than our customers do
  • Let your personality come through as you introduce your prospects to Foursixty and give them a face to put to the name

Requirements :

  • Prior experience in ecommerce, either in sales, success or other customer facing role would be an asset
  • Proven track record in outbound sales or business development, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment
  • Ability to push things forward and overcome obstacles
  • Desire to constantly learn new things
  • Enthusiasm for coming up with and testing new ideas
  • Clear, confident communication with the ability to catch peoples attention and generate excitement for your ideas
  • Highly organized with a demonstrated attention to detail

Compensation :

We offer a starting base salary of $55,000-$60,000 CAD depending on experience. This role has a variable pay element which provides an estimated total starting on target earnings of $78,000-$85,000.

We take a holistic approach to compensation at Foursixty. Total compensation includes Salary, benefits,, ESPP, an annual education allowance and other perks.
