Responsibilities:

1. Product Mastery: Deepen your knowledge of our extensive kitchen cabinet product range, including styles, materials, finishes, and customization options.
2. Client Collaboration: Consult with clients, understanding their unique needs, preferences, and budget constraints to provide tailored solutions.
3. Estimates and Leads: Provide free in-home estimates to self-generated leads and leads from the company.
4. Design Experience: Leverage design software like 20/20 to craft intricate kitchen cabinet layouts and visualizations, optimizing space efficiency.
5. Communication: Effectively communicate and showcase design concepts to clients as needed, addressing queries and concerns with finesse.
6. Client Satisfaction: Proactively follow up with clients post-sale, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
7. Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking events and trade shows.
8. Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments to maintain a competitive edge.
