Job summary

TAPCO/Logix ITS is seeking a Sales Coordinator to drive regional revenue growth and build strong customer relationships. You will work closely with sales teammates to qualify marketing leads, support account executives, and ensure data integrity across CRM and ERP.

The role requires at least two years in sales or customer service, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and bilingual French and English. This position offers exposure to manufacturing environments and a collaborative, results-driven team.

Qualifications

• Two years or more of sales or customer service position.
• Experience with CRM and ERP preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Ability to thrive in a multi-tasking environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with sales teammates in qualifying and executing marketing leads into sales opportunities.
• Support regionally aligned account executives with customer sales opportunities.
• Ensure all relevant data is updated within the CRM system accurately and promptly.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation, including quotes, orders, and bids.
• Maintain accurate and relevant data relating to customers, quotes, and orders in the ERP.
• Provide timely response to customer inquiries via phone and website interactions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
