Sales Coordinator - with strong Excel skills
$18-25 per hour + Spot Bonuses
Full-time (Monday to Friday)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Coordinator to support our team! This is a fast-paced role focused on helping us identify and organize contact data from various sources to support our outreach and growth initiatives. This position involves working extensively in Google Sheets and Excel, and business management tools. The ideal candidate will have exceptional Excel skills and business acumen to think through problems. You will also be someone who is not afraid of putting in extra hours to ensure the team is supported on our infrastructure. MUST be a team player and bring great and new ideas to the table!
Responsibilities:
Work with the Recruitment and Sales team to support on sales efforts
Accurately input and update data in Google Sheets and Excel for sales tracking, reporting, and analysis.
Organize and analyze sales data, produce reports and strategic insights for the sales team.
Assist in organizing and maintaining customer databases and sales records.
Communicate effectively via email with internal teams to coordinate sales activities and updates.
Prepare and format spreadsheets for sales reports, presentations, and project tracking.
Manage incoming and outgoing sales-related communications.
Support sales team with ad-hoc projects and research tasks.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in relevant roles involving sales data analysis and frequent Excel use
2+ years of exp working in Excel, XLoopUp, P-Tables etc.
Must be very fast and efficient with keystrokes and short codes
Typing speed of 60+ WPM with a high level of accuracy.
Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including knowledge of formulas, shortcuts, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with CRM software or sales or cold emailing tracking tools is a plus.
Previous experience supporting a sales team or department is a bonus.
