Job summary

Inter-Co Division 10 in Richmond, BC is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the office and drive customer relations. You will manage RFQs, review plans, input data into CRM, and assist the Sales & Estimating team in a fast-paced office.

This role demands strong organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication. A University Degree or College Diploma is required, plus a valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle.

Qualifications

• University Degree or College Diploma completed.
• Experience in construction or related industries is an asset.
• G driver's license with access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and input all RFQs into CRM software
• Review project documentation including plans & specifications
• Follow up with customers on RFQs and develop relationships
• Support the Sales & Estimating team on sales-related tasks
• Perform general office administration including scheduling shipments, ordering office supplies, answering & directing phone calls, organizing mail and greeting visitors
• Assist with bank deposits and occasional out-of-office deliveries or pickups
• Review contracts and ensure compliance with contract terms
• Complete project-specific warranties, insurance certificates and WSIB clearance certificates
• Completing LEED documentation and other project-related documentation
• Preparing and processing contracts, change orders, payment certificates and other documentation
• Processing contract close-outs
• Preparing various reports and other correspondence relating to areas of responsibility

We are currently looking a Sales Coordinator for our office in Richmond, BC.

The primary responsibilities of the position will include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain and input all Requests for Quotations (RFQs) into CRM software


• Review project documentation including plans & specifications


• Follow up with customers on RFQs & develop customer relationships


• Support the Sales & Estimating team in completing other sales-related tasks
