Job summary

Inter-Co Division 10, a leader in washroom partitions, accessories and installation services, seeks an organized Project Accountant in Richmond, BC to support our Western Canadian unit.

The role focuses on end-to-end invoicing, vendor payments, bank reconciliations, and profitability analysis to drive project success and financial integrity. You will work closely with project teams and finance colleagues.

Qualifications

• University Degree or College Diploma completed.
• Interest in the construction industry and willingness to learn.
• Past experience in construction booking is an asset.
• Knowledge of the construction industry is an asset.
• Positive attitude and commitment to the company.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills are essential.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer invoicing processes, including progress draws and billing accuracy.
• Oversee vendor invoice entry and prepare cheques efficiently.
• Collaborate with Credit & Collections and Project Managers to ensure timely AR collections.
• Prepare and finalize monthly bank reconciliations.
• Support Project Managers with monthly inventory counts and documentation.
• Track, analyze and report project profitability for cost savings.
