Job summary

National Bank Investments is seeking a Sales Coordinator to provide administrative, operational, and digital support to its sales teams. You will work with internal partners to ensure the effective execution of business priorities.

This entry point into the financial industry offers exposure to customer relationship management, events, campaigns, and compliance coordination, while developing organizational and data skills. French and English language collaboration is expected across Quebec.

Qualifications

  • College or university degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in coordination, sales support, administration, or financial services.
  • A strong interest in the financial industry and sales culture; a basic understanding of finance is required.
  • Ability to work with multiple teams, business partners, and in diverse environments.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, independence, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Seismic, WebAdvisor, Fundserv, Scorm, and Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job description

National Bank Investments is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative individual to join its sales team as a Sales Coordinator. Your role

The successful candidate will provide administrative, operational, and digital support to the sales teams. They will work with various internal partners - sales, marketing, compliance, and operations - to ensure the effective execution of business priorities.
