Job summary

Banque Nationale du Canada is seeking an Operations Agent to support teammates by handling administrative tasks in line with bank policies and procedures. You will warmly welcome clients, provide top-tier service in person, on the phone, and by email, and ensure workspaces remain professional and organized.

  • High school diploma with 2.5 years relevant experience, or college diploma with 6 months relevant experience.

A career as an Operations Agent at National Bank, you will capitalize on your ability to work in synergy with clients and your colleagues. In this role, you will support members of your team by carrying out administrative tasks in accordance with Bank policies, standards, and procedures.

Your team:

National Bank Financial – Wealth Management is the fifth largest mutual funds brokerage firm in Canada. We have close to 1,000 investment advisors who manage the assets of more than 400,000 clients in about 100 branches. You will report to the Regional Manager and work closely with a team of investment advisors.

Prerequisites:

  • Organizational and priority management skills
