Job summary

National Bank of Canada is seeking a Coordinator to join a dynamic team where collaboration and client focus drive success. You will optimize processes to support colleagues and help them deliver high-quality service across the organization.

In this role, you will monitor team activities, coordinate requests from internal and external partners, and work with coordinators on other teams to improve workflows. A hybrid work model and flexible leave support work-life balance.

Qualifications

  • Three-year college diploma and three years of relevant experience.
  • Banking experience is an asset.
  • Experience in process improvement.
  • Customer service and coordination experience; knowledge of MS Office.

Responsibilities

Prerequisites
  • A three-year college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field and three years of relevant experience
  • Experience in banking, an asset
  • Experience in process improvement
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Customer service experience
  • Coordination experience

Languages: French, English

Reason to require this language: you will need to work closely with our colleagues outside Quebec.
