A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SALES COORDINATOR

As a Sales Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in keeping our sales operations efficient and professional. Your day will include scheduling sales appointments, managing customer inquiries, updating client records, and supporting our Sales Manager and representatives with administrative tasks. You'll maintain CRM systems, help prepare for sales meetings and trade shows, and ensure seamless communication between clients, adjusters, and the team. Whether you're coordinating calendars or keeping paperwork organized, your efforts will directly support a positive customer experience and an organized sales environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-2 years of experience in administration, coordination, or customer service
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); CRM or Xactimate experience is an asset
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Friendly, professional, and calm under pressure
  • Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract
  • Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check (CRC)
