Responsible for the efficient processing of high-volume product sales orders from inside sales hand-off to product delivery. Creation and maintenance of customer delivery reports; delivering reports to customers on a regular basis. Ensures all sales orders meet and/or exceed customer expectations

The Role

  • Works closely with sales representatives and/or production team to review product sales and customer requirements; plans for the overall timely processing of sales orders including management of product delivery, and communication of sales orders to customers and other internal departments through proper documentation of requirements.
  • Collaborates with other team members in the production and sales teams to meet and/or exceed financial targets as well as provide a high level of customer service and support.
  • Works effectively with other employees in the organization to support both internal and external customers
  • Provides support to sales teams and shared services as required.
  • Coordinates all aspects of product delivery
  • Works with various levels of the organization to ensure accurate information is presented to the customer in a timely manner through regular reporting and communication.
  • Ensures consistent management and administration of deliverables; identifies and documents opportunities to maintain and improve sales coordination procedures and in-house tracking systems and programs

Education: High School; College or Trade or Certifications

Work Experience: 2-3 years experience in related role.
