The Sales Coordinator is an essential role for individuals aiming to gain expertise in high-stakes sales and operations. As the initial point of contact for inbound sales inquiries, they work closely with the Sales Manager, Workforce Housing, who provides strategic guidance and leadership in the pursuit of opportunities.

This role offers the opportunity to build strong technical product knowledge and gain commercial experience while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to position the company for success.

What You Get to Do:
  • Serve as the primary contact for telephone and web sales inquiries.
  • Qualify opportunities, prepare quotes, and communicate ATCO’s value proposition in strategic sales processes.
  • Follow up on quotes, support clients through closing, and prepare contracts and project paperwork.
  • Identify prospects through research and cold calling, actively managing the funnel via Salesforce.
  • Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape while responding to proposals and inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (estimating, engineering, manufacturing, HSE, QA/QC, projects & construction) to develop project solutions.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction with internal and external stakeholders.
You Are Someone Who:
  • Possesses post-secondary education in business or a related field.
  • Desires to take accountability and progressively advance a career with a proven industry leader.
  • Has 1+ years of B2B sales experience, effectively dealing with customers and differentiating solutions from competitors.
  • Is a self-motivated high performer who shares ATCO’s core values and seeks to be part of a driven team that aims to lead the industry and is inspired to win by delivering innovative solutions.
  • Has good problem-solving skills, is an effective communicator, and has a keen interest in business and commerce.
