Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Sales Support

• Assist the sales team with lead generation, qualification, and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate the preparation of proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
• Manage CRM system updates and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Track sales performance metrics and generate regular reports for management.
  
  

Marketing Coordination

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, print, events).
• Maintain and update the company website and social media platforms.
• Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, and email newsletters.
• Coordinate trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  
  

Administrative & Operational Support

• Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and services.
• Maintain marketing and sales calendars and ensure deadlines are met.
• Handle customer inquiries and redirect to the appropriate department when necessary.
  
  

Qualifications & Attributes

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role; experience in the water treatment or environmental services industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva).
• Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of water treatment technologies and industry trends.
• Graphic design or basic video editing experience.
