Job summary

Evertz Microsystems in Burlington, Ontario is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales team with quotations, reports, and customer documentation in an in-office role. The position requires collaboration with Sales, Inside Sales, Solutions and R&D to gather requirements and meet deadlines.

The role offers Monday–Friday, 40 hours, and a salary range of CAD 40,000–CAD 45,000. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential. Travel may be available as needed.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in related field (Business, Administration, Events, Marketing) or related experience.
• 0-1 year office administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support by preparing quotations, reports, and sales materials.
• Coordinate inquiries and ensure timely processing between Sales, R&D and other teams.
• Prepare campaigns, log performance metrics, and maintain CRM records.
• Support reception duties and coordinate customer visits as needed.
• Logistical tasks to meet deadlines and deliverables.
