Job summary

Evertz Microsystems, Burlington, ON, is seeking an Order Processing Coordinator to enter and manage orders from customers and internal requests, coordinating closely with Production to monitor ship dates and delays. The role requires clear, timely communication with internal teams and customers to ensure efficient order fulfillment.

Responsibilities include creating internal sales orders, organizing delivery details, and providing delivery updates.

Qualifications

• College Education in related field (Business, Administration) or related experience
• Superior organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and problem-solving ability
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Job description

Department: Administration Location: Burlington, ON, Canada We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Processing Coordinator to accurately enter and manage orders based on customer purchase orders and internal requests for Production and R&D. This role involves close collaboration with the Production team to monitor ship dates and address any delays. The successful candidate will communicate order status clearly and promptly to internal departments, sales representatives, project managers, and customers, ensuring transparency and efficient coordination throughout the order fulfillment process.
