Chisholm Industries Ltd. is seeking a dynamic full-time Sales Consultant - Representative in Calgary, AB! Pay: Base salary ranging from $65,000 to $80,000 per year (depending on experience), plus a commission structure.

YOUR DAY AS A SALES CONSULTANT - REPRESENTATIVE

In this hybrid role, you will support our outside sales while managing inbound leads, customer communications, quoting, and CRM tracking. You'll work hand-in-hand with our Business Development Manager to identify and nurture new leads, schedule site visits and client meetings, and prepare quotes, proposals, and service agreements. Every day, you'll be the essential link driving preventive maintenance sales and service opportunities, ensuring a smooth handoff to our Service Operations team following every deal closure.

Your role will also include handling inbound inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, conducting thorough customer needs assessments, and supporting marketing efforts such as email campaigns and lead follow-ups. By diligently updating our CRM and following up with prospects, you'll directly contribute to driving deals to closure and achieving our sales goals.

Requirements For a Sales Consultant - Representative

  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, inside sales, or account coordination
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • A customer-focused mindset with a genuine passion for helping businesses solve problems
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms and basic MS Office tools

Preferred candidates will have industry-specific knowledge in HVAC, mechanical, or facility services to hit the ground running.
