Job summary

Solify is growing and seeking Solar Sales Consultants to take control of their income, build strong homeowner relationships, and help save on energy costs. Average earnings are $1,800–$2,000+ per week with uncapped commissions and ongoing coaching.

This is not a clock-in, clock-out role. You will meet homeowners, present energy solutions, close sales, and grow your pipeline with the support of training and the operations team.

• Collaborate with operations to ensure a great customer experience.
• Hit weekly and monthly sales goals.

What You'll Do

You’ll meet with homeowners and help them find the right energy solution for their home.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Meeting with homeowners virtually and in person
• Learning about their energy needs and monthly utility costs
• Explaining solar, battery storage, financing, and energy-efficiency options
• Presenting customized solutions
• Answering questions and handling objections
• Following up with prospects and closing sales
• Keeping your pipeline and CRM organized
• Building referrals and generating new opportunities
• Working with our operations team to create a great customer experience
• Hitting your weekly and monthly sales goals
