Job summary

The Brick in Canada is hiring a Sales Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will help customers with purchases through relationship selling, maintain product knowledge, and work with a team to achieve both personal and store goals.

This role is commission-based with minimum wage paid for hours if commissions are not higher; we value flexibility to cover evenings and weekends and encourage career growth within a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Proven ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Ability to learn new computer applications.
• Flexibility to work all shifts as required, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation

This position is 100% commission. Sales Consultantswill receive credit for the hours worked within the pay period and minimum wageis paid for those hours, if commissions are not greater than minimum wage.
