Job summary

The Brick in Canada is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our retail team. You will engage customers, build relationships, and drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

You'll work with team members to meet goals, learn Brick products, and adapt to evening and weekend shifts. This 100% commission role offers a chance to earn based on performance with a wage protection when commissions fall short.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Proven ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Ability to learn new computer applications
• Flexibility to work all shifts as required, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation:

This position is 100% commission. Sales Consultantswill receive credit for the hours worked within the pay period and minimum wageis paid for those hours, if commissions are not greater than minimum wage.
