Job summary

The Brick in Williams Lake is seeking a Sales Consultant who thrives on helping customers and closing sales in a fast-paced environment. You will assist customers with their purchases through relationship selling, maintain knowledge of Brick products and services, and work with others to achieve store goals.

This position is commission-based with a minimum wage paid for hours worked; compensation grows with performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Proven ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Ability to learn new computer applications.
• Flexibility to work all shifts as required, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation

This position is 100% commission. Sales Consultantswill receive credit for the hours worked within the pay period and minimum wageis paid for those hours, if commissions are not greater than minimum wage.
