Job summary

The Brick is seeking a Sales Consultant in Canada to join our dynamic retail team. You will engage customers with relationship selling, help them with purchases, and grow product knowledge across Brick offerings in a fast-paced store environment.

This role emphasizes customer service in a commission-based setting, with a base minimum wage for hours worked if commissions do not exceed it. Shifts include evenings and weekends to support store needs and sales targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Proven ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Ability to learn new computer applications.
• Flexibility to work all shifts including evenings and weekends.

Compensation

This position is 100% commission. Sales Consultantswill receive credit for the hours worked within the pay period and minimum wageis paid for those hours, if commissions are not greater than minimum wage.
