Job summary

Chatters in Vaughan is seeking a Senior Beauty Sales Consultant to lead personalized beauty consultations, educate customers and teammates, and drive sales while maintaining merchandising standards. The role includes opening/closing duties and mentoring fellow consultants, with a focus on inclusivity, confidence, and personal expression.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a Senior Beauty Sales Consultant at our Colossus Centre, Vaughan Retail Salon!

What You’ll Do Lead by example by delivering personalized beauty consultations and expert product recommendations.

Educate customers and team members on professional hair care products, trends, and routines.

Drive sales performance by supporting store goals, promoting new launches, and maintaining merchandising standards.

Support daily salon operations, including opening and closing duties, acting as a key holder when required.

Mentor and support Beauty Sales Consultants by sharing knowledge, coaching in the moment, and fostering positive energy.
