  • 1-3 years of experience in sales and / or customer service

  • Ability to work well with others as a team player, while also confident working independently with minimal direction
  • Excellent attention to detail and listening skills
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Availability to work full-time on weekdays
  • Access to a personal vehicle and reliable transportation to our office

The Responsibilities of the Sales Consultant :

  • Daily meet prospects face-to-face to identify their needs and pain points
  • Emphasize the benefits of our product features to potential customers to ensure they receive the most value
  • Maximize the potential of assigned leads through our efficient follow-up systems
  • Collect customer IDs and personal information to process the sale and keep the confidential information safe
  • Provide exceptional customer care and promptly respond to any negative feedback or inquiries, forwarding requests to the appropriate teams through emails and phone calls
  • Strive for maximum customer satisfaction to increase repeat business and customer referrals
  • Attend weekly meetings and conference calls to stay updated on product knowledge and remain competitive in the market
  • Master a variety of sales and marketing techniques to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
