Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for net-new advertiser acquisition by reaching out to business owners, educating them on digital advertising, pitching the value of advertising, and helping them launch their campaigns.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prospect, pitch, and activate new SMB advertisers
• Educate businesses on how we can drive awareness, engagement, and growth through digital advertising

What You Get

In this role, you will earn base pay ($24 CAD / hr) + commission. We will also cover the cost of certification, which only takes 7 days. This is a remote opportunity, worked from the comfort of your own home.

Performance Metrics

To succeed in this role, you must activate a minimum of 20 new business advertisers per month. You must also drive an average of $1,000+ in spend per activated advertiser, maintain accurate pipeline tracking, and contribute to team revenue goals.

Mandatory Requirements :

• At least 2 years of validatable sales experience
• No active contract with another gig while working for us
• Comprehensive background check (Criminal, Credit, and Employment)
• Consultative selling skills and ability to source new leads
