Job summary

Flaman Fitness Ltd. in British Columbia is hiring a Sales Champion to join our Abbotsford and soon-to-open Coquitlam locations. You will build relationships with customers, educate them on product lines, and drive sales with base pay plus uncapped commissions.

This full-time role requires excellent customer service, a positive attitude, and the ability to lift heavy items and manage inventory. Benefits include dental care, on-site parking, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar sales role (preferred).
• Knowledge of fitness equipment and healthy living is a plus.
• Proficient with technology including MS Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent customer service and professional attitude.
• Communicate with Store Manager and attend team meetings as required.
• Assist customers in product selection and educate on lines carried.
• Create quotes and sale orders; meet sales goals monthly and quarterly.
• Support inventory counts and order accuracy; assist with showroom upkeep.
• Weekend availability and occasional overtime may be necessary.
