Job summary

Trail Appliances BC in Richmond, BC, is seeking a Product Specialist to join a fast-growing team. You will drive sales in our showrooms and over the phone, pursue new business through cold calling and networking, and provide sound product guidance with exceptional customer service.

This is a 100% commission opportunity with unlimited earning potential. Onboarding includes guaranteed training salary during the first six months, plus paid time off, employee discounts, and ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Retail or sales experience preferred
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country

Responsibilities

• Sell and upsell in showrooms and over the phone.
• Pursue new business through cold calling and networking.
• Provide product guidance and excellent customer service.
• Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Maintain knowledge of Trail systems, products, pricing and trends.
• Represent Trail Appliances as an ambassador.
• Travel to assigned store or learning facility as needed.
