Wine Rack in Welland is hiring a team-focused associate to deliver outstanding customer service and support daily store operations. You will handle POS transactions, merchandising, and receiving shipments while helping teams meet shift targets.

Independent interaction with customers, participation in community events, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays are essential. Smart Serve certification and high school completion are required.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Smart Serve Certification is required.
• Candidate must be 19 years or older.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and engage with customers.

• Perform POS (point of sales transactions) and merchandising tasks, such as receiving shipments and replenishment
• Meet and exceed shift targets
• Participate in community-driven initiatives and festivals.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• 19 years of age or older. High School or equivalent education is required.
• Smart Serve Certification is required.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job include lifting up to 21 kilograms, standing, reaching, bending and climbing ladders.

Compensation : $18.20/hr
