Job summary

Wine Rack is seeking a customer-focused team member in Niagara Falls to deliver exceptional service and wine education. You will handle POS transactions, assist with merchandising, and engage with customers during community events while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

The role requires 19+ years of age, High School or equivalent education, and Smart Serve certification. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is needed, with a supportive, team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and wine knowledge to shoppers.
• Handle POS transactions and assist with merchandising and stock replenishment.
• Receive shipments and ensure shelves are well- stocked and organized.
• Engage with customers and participate in community events and festivals.
• Meet and strive to exceed daily shift targets.
