Job summary

Wine Rack in North Bay, Ontario is seeking a Wine Merchant to deliver exceptional customer service, assist with merchandising, and handle POS transactions in a fun, team-oriented store.

You should be 19+, hold a High School diploma or equivalent, and have Smart Serve certification; flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays, plus the ability to lift up to 21 kilograms.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and shopper engagement.
• POS systems and cash handling experience.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays availability.
• Smart Serve certification required.
• 19 years of age or older, high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to shoppers.
