Job summary

Arterra Wines Canada operates Wine Rack locations and seeks a Wine Merchant to deliver exceptional customer service, support merchandising tasks, and help manage stock while engaging actively with guests in a lively store setting.

The role requires Smart Serve certification, planning to work evenings and weekends, and the ability to lift up to 21 kg as part of daily duties. Training and a supportive, fun culture are provided.

Qualifications

• Provide exceptional customer experience.
• Retail experience is an asset.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Smart Serve Certification is required.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job including lifting up to 21 kilograms.

Responsibilities

• Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks, such as receiving shipments and replenishment.
• Meet and exceed shift targets.
