Job summary

Wine Rack is seeking a Wine Merchant in Toronto to deliver exceptional customer service, support merchandising, and handle POS transactions. The role involves lifting shipments, replenishing stock, and engaging with customers during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

You will receive wine education training and participate in store events, with a friendly team environment and opportunities for growth. Must be 19+ with Smart Serve certification.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service attitude.
• Retail experience is an asset.
• Team-oriented and able to engage customers.
• Proficient in POS and merchandising tasks.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be 19 years or older; High School diploma or equivalent.
• Smart Serve Certification required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 21 kg and to stand, reach, bend and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service as a Wine Merchant.
