Job summary

Wine Rack in Toronto is seeking a Wine Merchant to provide exceptional customer service, share knowledge about Arterra’s wines, and contribute to a friendly store atmosphere.

You will perform POS transactions, receive shipments, replenish stock, meet shift targets, and participate in community events. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required; Smart Serve certification is mandatory.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Smart Serve certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and wine recommendations.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays 19 years of age or older.
• High School or equivalent education is required.
• Smart Serve Certification is required.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job include lifting up to 21 kilograms, standing, reaching, bending and climbing ladders.
