Job summary

Arterra Wines Canada in Toronto is seeking a Wine Merchant to deliver exceptional customer experiences and contribute to a lively store environment. You will handle POS transactions, assist with merchandising, and participate in community events, while learning Arterra’s wines through education and tastings.

Applicants should be passionate about service, able to work evenings and weekends, and have Smart Serve certification and a high school level education.

Qualifications

• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Retail experience is an asset.
• Enthusiastically interact with customers.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 19 years of age or older.
• High School or equivalent education is required.
• Smart Serve Certification is required.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 21 kilograms.

Responsibilities

• Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks such as receiving shipments and replenishment.
