Job summary

Wine Rack in Toronto is seeking a Wine Merchant to deliver exceptional customer service and to engage with Arterra’s wine education program in a lively store environment.

You will handle POS transactions, merchandising, receive shipments, and contribute to community events while meeting shift targets. The role requires 19+ years old, Smart Serve certification, and availability evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years of age or older.
• Smart Serve Certification is required.
• Retail experience is an asset.
• Able to lift up to 21 kilograms and stand for long periods.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service experience.

• Smart Serve Certification is required.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job include lifting up to 21 kilograms, standing, reaching, bending and climbing ladders.

Compensation : $18.20/hr
