Job summary

Wine Rack is hiring a Wine Merchant in Etobicoke, ON. You will deliver exceptional customer service, perform POS transactions, and keep shelves stocked with well-merchandised products. The role supports wine education training and participation in community events.

You should be comfortable working evenings, weekends and holidays, and be 19 years of age or older with Smart Serve certification. The store welcomes a fun, team-driven environment and CSR-oriented initiatives.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Retail experience is an asset.
• Ability to engage with customers in a fun, team environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Smart Serve Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the point of sale.
• Perform POS transactions and basic merchandising tasks.
• Receive shipments and replenish stock as needed.

• Smart Serve Certification is required.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job include lifting up to 21 kilograms, standing, reaching, bending and climbing ladders.
