Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Smart Serve certification required.
• Experience with computer-based POS systems and cash handling.
• Proficient in Windows applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction.

• Assist with shipments and merchandising and light shelf/display cleaning.
