Job summary

The Wine Shop in Toronto, operated by Andrew Peller Limited, seeks a professional sales teammate dedicated to delivering a superior shopping experience. You will assist customers, share product knowledge, and support merchandising while handling cash and POS transactions.

Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays is required; 2 years of customer service experience is expected and Smart Serve certification is preferred. Join a team that values guest satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience required.
• Smart Serve Certification.
• Experience with computer-based point of sale systems and cash handling an asset.
• Working knowledge of Windows applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Ensure total customer satisfaction and outstanding service for every customer.
• Assist customers with purchases and provide product information as required.
• Assist with product shipments and merchandising, including light cleaning of shelves and displays.
• Handle cash and accurately balance the till.
• Comply with Health and Safety rules & Security within the workplace.
• Be a team player contributing to the team's efforts.
