Job summary

Roots in Burnaby is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service, promote our values and build relationships with shoppers. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll handle POS transactions, assist with merchandising, and keep the store visually appealing.

You should bring retail experience, a customer-first mindset, good presentation, and the ability to work as part of a team. If you’re upbeat, friendly, and proactive, you’ll help turn shoppers into loyal Roots customers.

The main objective of this position is to provide exceptional service to customers and build relationships with them. The goal is to develop customers for life.
