GENERAL FUNCTION

The Sales Associate creates value by delivering outstanding eye care in your neighborhood. Join us to hone your selling and consultative skills while helping meet team goals.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales goals through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate with optical measurements to help them choose the best vision solution.
• Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering professional relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
• Maintain the store's appearance, keeping displays and inventory organized and attractive.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of retail or customer service experience
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, calculators, and basic math skills
• Adaptability to new technology and high accuracy
• Ability to sell using sales skills and meet sales goals
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Self-motivated with multitasking ability in a dynamic environment

Pay Range: 17.40 - 21.73

Compensation depends on factors like location, experience, and qualifications. Benefits may include health care, retirement, paid time off, and discounts.
