GENERAL FUNCTION

The Sales Associate creates value by delivering outstanding eye care in your neighborhood. Join our team to develop your selling and consultative skills while helping meet team goals.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plan and achieve company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Use optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate measurements with optical tools, consulting with Optician as needed.
• Participate in creating a positive store environment, fostering relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
• Maintain the store's appearance, keeping displays and inventory organized and attractive.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years in retail or customer service
• Familiarity with POS systems, computers, calculators, and basic math skills
• Embrace new technology with high accuracy
• Strong sales skills and goal orientation
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Self-motivated, able to multi-task, flexible in a changing environment

Pay Range: $17.40 - $21.73
