What you will do

• Respond to customer service inquiries via phone and web chat
• Qualify/disqualify prospective leads
• Provide information about Zoocasa services and resources
• Facilitate warm introductions from prospects to our agents
• Develop knowledge of our agent team and regional specializations
• Book meetings between customers and Realtors
• Collaborate on scripts and service offerings for clients
• Follow up with incoming leads and partner referrals
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls
• Manage weekly and monthly activity reports

The starting base pay is $34,424 CAD per year in our lowest cost of living market, dependent on factors such as location, experience, skills, and training. Compensation includes base pay and additional benefits, with room for growth within the role.
