Job summary

NorthernReflections is seeking a Sales Associate to join our collaborative team in Canada. You will deliver an exceptional customer shopping experience and cultivate lasting connections with shoppers across our brands, including NorthernReflections, Ricki’s, and Cleo.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll promote fashion-forward pieces, support daily sales goals, and contribute to an inviting store atmosphere. The role emphasizes service, product knowledge, and a friendly, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset, but not required.
• Passion for fashion, retail, and creating great customer experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Stand for extended periods and move merchandise up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service following our customer service program.
• Meet or exceed daily personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Promote the brand through product knowledge and by representing company values.
• Build customer loyalty by enrolling customers in our loyalty program.
• Process point of sale transactions quickly and accurately.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, including store layouts, housekeeping, and displays.
• Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and appealing.
• Collaborate with coworkers through teamwork and knowledge sharing.
• Follow all company directives, initiatives, and loss prevention procedures.
• Communicate openly, respectfully, and courteously with store team and customers.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, values-driven work environment.
