The Wine Shop at Andrew Peller Limited is seeking a friendly, sales‑driven teammate to deliver a superior shopping experience for customers. You will assist with purchases, provide product knowledge, and help with merchandising and light cleaning of shelves and displays.

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Smart Serve Certification.
• Experience with POS systems.
• Able to lift 40 lbs.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure total customer satisfaction and outstanding service for every customer.
• Assist customers with purchases and provide product information when required.
• Assist with product shipments and merchandising, including light cleaning of shelves and displays.
• Handle cash and accurately balance the till.
• Comply with Health and Safety rules and security within the workplace.
• Be a team player contributing to the team's efforts.

We are looking for a teammate with...

• Demonstrated guest/customer service excellence focus
• Experience working with computer-based point of sale systems and handling cash an asset
• 2 years of customer service experience required
• Smart Serve Certification
• Working knowledge of Windows application including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to consistently lift 40lbs on a regular basis
