A Sales Associate is responsible for achieving individual sales goals by communicating the features and benefits of our products and building relationships with customers to increase sales. In addition, Associates assist in the overall maintenance and visual presentation of the store.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and sell products in a way that drives sales.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including sizing, content, and features, and communicate this to customers.
• Work closely with the Store Manager on KPIs and sales targets.
• Engage customers proactively and follow up to foster future sales opportunities.
• Familiarize yourself with stock levels and use inventory management systems.
• Support visual directives to keep the store’s aesthetic standards.
• Operate store computer systems and follow procedures.
