Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming sales inquiries by email, phone, and in person.
• Welcome and assist walk-in customers at Canmore location.
• Understand customer needs, budgets, timelines, and intended use of products.
• Recommend appropriate promotional products and decoration options.
• Prepare accurate quotes and proposals for customers.
• Follow up on quotes and customer inquiries to help convert opportunities into sales.
• Close sales and ensure all required information is accurately captured before handing the order to Customer Service.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
• Identify opportunities to increase order value through product recommendations, additional items, or upgraded options.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information within the company’s operating system.
• Communicate effectively with the Customer Service and Production teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to order fulfillment.
• Stay current on promotional products, trends, pricing, and new product opportunities.
• Perform other sales-related duties as required
