Job summary

Richcraft Homes is seeking a part-time Sales Assistant to support the Richcraft Sales Office in Ottawa. You will warmly welcome potential homebuyers and provide exceptional customer service, presenting knowledge of Richcraft products to help buyers find the right home.

This role requires strong verbal and written communication, being highly organized with attention to detail, and active listening. You will handle phones and emails and assist with office duties as needed.

The Role:

Our team at Richcraft Homes is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated part-time Sales Assistant to work out of the Richcraft Sales Office located at 851 Couloir Rd.

In This Role, You Will:

• Welcoming potential homebuyers while providing exceptional customer service
• Help potential homebuyers find the right home by presenting knowledge of Richcraft products
• Answering phones and replying to emails from prospective home buyers
• Other duties as required to support the Sales Office

What You Bring:

• Previous experience in new homes sales is an asset
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Highly organized with an attention to detail

Job Type: Replacement

Pay: $20 - 22/hourly
