Job summary

Richcraft Homes is seeking a Construction Labourer to support our Ottawa site operations. You will clean units under construction, remove debris, and perform drywall patching, painting touch-ups and caulking to maintain a high standard of site cleanliness.

Applicants must be organized, possess a valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle, and be able to lift up to 35 pounds daily as part of demanding physical labour on site.

Qualifications

• Organized with attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle is required.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean units under construction both inside and out.
• Maintain cleanliness by removing all excess garbage.
• Performs tasks including drywall patching, paint touch-ups and caulking.
• Performs intense physical labour on a daily basis.
