Job summary

Long & McQuade Limited in Edmonton is seeking a retail associate to help customers through selling and renting musical instruments and gear. Define customer needs and match them with our products and services, demonstrate features, and maintain product knowledge.

You will handle orders, merchandise the store, participate in maintenance, and work weekdays, weeknights and weekends with energy and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be a musician who plays at least one instrument.
• Must be able to work weekdays, weeknights and weekends.
• Positive attitude and steady composure.
• Proven strong work ethic and commitment.
• High levels of energy and enthusiasm.
• Ability to lift and carry large boxes.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in retail or sales is an asset.
