Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 + Sales Bonuses.

Position Summary
As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping Stage's future. You will lead the charge in developing strategies to increase revenue, expand our market presence, and foster strong relationships with our customers. Key Responsibilities
- Master Stage’s Products & Services: Gain an in-depth understanding of Stage's windows, patio doors, and entry doors, including installation processes, accessories, and performance features.
- Craft & Execute Winning Sales Strategies: Lead and implement sales plans that align with Stage’s growth goals, maximizing revenue and market reach.
- Manage Client Accounts: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and dealers. Negotiate contracts, oversee agreements, and report directly to the President, while fostering relationships through regular meetings.
- Conduct Engaging Client Tours: Lead internal plant tours for both existing and potential clients, offering in-depth product knowledge and engaging demonstrations to train and attract new customers.
- Develop Targeted Marketing Plans: Create and implement tailored marketing strategies to drive demand, support sales objectives, and boost brand visibility among retailers and distributors.
- Lead Marketing Initiatives: Analyze consumer behavior, sales performance, and market data to optimize product design, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Champion Stage’s Internal Systems: Master tools like Fenevision and confidently lead training sessions to ensure smooth operations and foster better customer engagement.
- Budget Management: Optimize budgets for promotions, marketing, and sales initiatives to ensure maximized ROI while working closely with the Finance team to evaluate costs and profitability.
- Lead & Motivate Your Team: Inspire the Sales and Marketing team to meet and exceed growth targets by creating a collaborative, goal-driven environment.
- Stay Ahead of Market Trends: Continuously monitor market developments, competitor activity, and customer preferences to adapt sales and marketing strategies for ongoing success.
- Support Clients with Essential Tools: Ensure customers receive the literature, samples, and tools needed to support their business growth and sales efforts.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Align with other departments to create cohesive marketing plans, coordinate Fenevision training, and execute impactful promotional campaigns.
- Listen to Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify needs, pain points, and preferences, and use this data to shape customer-focused sales and marketing strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ Years of Experience in sales, business development, or marketing, ideally in the windows, doors, manufacturing, or building materials industry.
- Master Negotiator: Proven ability to negotiate deals, build strong relationships, and close contracts with both distributors and clients.
- Leadership Skills: Experience in leading teams, motivating individuals to achieve common goals, and fostering a collaborative culture.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that align with company objectives.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with tools like Fenevision and AutoCAD is a plus.
- Great Communicator: Clear and effective communicator with clients, team members, and leadership.
- Ready to Travel: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to meet clients, attend trade shows, and represent Stage.
- Onsite Role: This is an onsite position based in Vaughan - your presence and leadership in our facility are key to our success.
